VelaShape

VelaShape is non-invasive body cellulite and contouring treatment. Since cellulite is a structural skin change causing skin dimpling and nodularity, over time as the skin loses its thickness, cellulite becomes more visible. VelaShape is able to reduce fat cells and tighten the skin allowing you to achieve a toned and contoured body and face making you look and feel younger.

VelaShape combines bi-polar radio frequency energy and infrared light to stimulate deep heating of the fat cells to reduce the skin’s laxity, stimulate collagen and elastin production while the vacuum reduces volume, aids circulation and increases lymphatic drainage. In this way this treatment allows for circumferential and cellulite reduction reducing the trouble spots that diet and exercise can’t reach without downtime or significant discomfort.

The treatment is not uncomfortable and should feel similar to a warm deep-tissue massage. After treatment it is common for the targeted area to be warm and slightly red for a few hours, but this will fade.

Three treatment sessions is generally recommended, but the best results can be seen after six treatments. A gradual improvement of the skin’s surface with the area feeling smoother, firmer and tighter, can be expected after the first VelaShape treatment. Results will then become more apparent after 6 – 8 weeks following final treatment.
